Digital Purchase Policy
All products and services offered through The Motive Coach and Unbreakable Performance Coaching are digital and delivered electronically. This includes, but is not limited to, assessments, profiles, reports, written analyses, videos, and other downloadable or viewable content.
Instant Delivery
Digital products are typically generated or made available immediately upon purchase. Once delivery occurs, the product is considered used.
No Returns
Because all offerings are digital and delivered instantly, returns are not possible. There are no physical goods to return.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided once a digital product has been generated or delivered, except in the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate charges

Technical failure that prevents delivery of the purchased product
In such cases, please contact support within a reasonable timeframe and include relevant purchase details.
Discretionary Refunds
At our sole discretion, we may issue a refund in exceptional cases. Issuing a refund does not imply an obligation to do so in the future.
Responsibility for Purchase
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the product, including that:

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in suspension of access to current or future services.
